Dr. R. Glenn Owens Jr. joined the orthodontic practice of Dr. Bernard B. Battleman in 1966 and founded the present practice in 1972. Dr. Owens attended and received his B.S. degree from the University of North Carolina and continued his studies at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry where he completed his dental education. He is currently a member of the Tidewater, Virginia and American Dental Associations and the American Orthodontic Society. He is married, a native of the area, a former Naval dental officer and is active in community, civic and church activities.
